We have a 30 day policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on intimate apparel or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional other non-returnable products are:
* Gift cards
* Products Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, tapes VHS, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received gone and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, in a certain amount of days.
Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company Credit may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale or Discount Items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately the products on offer at a discount cannot be refunded.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to artismanusmx@yahoo.com and we will indicate the process to follow.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for delivery later, We will send a refund to the buyer and he will know about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the address indicated when accepting the return.
